In this lesson, you will learn about easy and practical greentings, how to ask questions with "Ki jan ou ye or Koman ou ye"(how are you)?, "ki sa, what" etc.

Mr. Joseph J. Charles is the founder of HaitianCreoleMP3.  He allows you to download his MP3 files to learn Creole on the Go!  He speaks and writes Spanish, English, French and Creole.  Before studying in the United States where he obtained his BA from Fresno Pacific University and his MS from National University, Mr. Charles completed his education in the Haitian educational system.  He attended College Evangelique Maranatha and Gerard Gourgue. 

Mr. Charles taught Haitian Languages and Culture at La Press Evangelique / Learning Center in Petionville under the direction of well-known Haitian Pastor Jean Edner Jeanty.  Mr. Charles also taught French and Creole to various US diplomats, pilots, doctors, ONG directors, bankers, and countless international workers working in Haiti.  He also worked at Mission Aviation Fellowship in Port-au-Prince in the 1980s. He met several MFI pilots who were also flying missionaries and their mail to Haiti. Some of his private students came from many countries and international organizations such as the United States of America, the US embassy, USAID, Canada, Brasil, Mexico, etc.  

Mr. Charles is the acclaimed author of various books which you can find on books.google.com and amazon.com.  Some of his titles include, "The Long Lost Garden of Eden," "California Blossoms and Harvest Delights,"  "Inquiry Into Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence..."
